My grandmother is living with us and she is 85 years old and I would hate to lose her. She had to sell her house in Stockton and move with us up here in Northern Idaho. She had a nice house that she lived in behind the old Christian Life Center on West lane. Off Tamo'Shanter.
Ironically, my Bro' used to live out in north Stockton too; before he moved to Chi-Town. I pa$$ your grandmother's area a lot in gigs going out towards Lodi. Glad to hear she is with you. my grandmother on my mom's side is just a few blocks from me, east of UOP. Still in her own house at 85!We visit her daily; & she still walks to church by herself sometimes.Sometimes when we have her over for Sunday dinner & there's a game on & me & my dad are yelling at the T.V. she gets a little bewildered:
"Are the Okies playing?"she'll ask(she's from O.K.)
"No, Grandma" I'll reply,
"Who should we root for?"she'll say.
"Nor-Cal Grandma..."(me)
"huh?"(Grandma)
" You know...Sacramento", or Oakland or Frisko'"
"san Francisco"...I Love it there...O.K"she'll say.
I know 9/11 has one connotation this time of year, but here's another thought:
Did you all know that Ghandi founded his non-violent peace movement on 9/11, 1906?
A point to ponder for sure.
The 'art of charm' I remember from Ovid's art of love:
Can't remember the exact verse but it's about 'taking advantage' of your romantic 'prey' so to speak...how bringing that up helps mamba with press relations I don't get....

Northern Idaho is beautiful; that's cool that you can all live together in the land of the trees.
Thanks Rhondda for adding a link to my site on your website. I have updated my home page letting Kings' fans know about your song with a link back to your page. You go girl!!!!!!!!!! You can see it by clicking the link below. Look for it a little under Ronny Artest's picture. http://www.freewebs.com/ron_artest
Starting to like this little Kingsfan board, you all are real funny.
Like that I motivated a king'sfan to write a song to prove me wrong. She sounds real smart. Now you Kings prove me wrong by not s*cking. You ain't gonna make the playoffs unless you start now!
Nice jazzy vibe here. Now live up to it, Bibby & co.I dare you.
& in a Restorovic mode darko asks:who is rhondda Nunes?
& why does she write songs about waxing poetically; towards basketabll in
a sea of serbian splendor in the gra$$; in perpituity the long lines of grace expressed in vocal richness & simultaneous lightness, a tea of basketball & light; where not even a Gnarles Barkley could tread, ever not a faustian Kobe, in haughty arrogance:
"free Mambo!" calls out Darko, but who is there in the stillness; is it Mambo?
