What up Drillah?? Yeah, the blog is still up and running. I have lagged behind posting some of your columns. I have my kids for the summer and have been running them around and keeping busy with that mostly. They live with their mother in Portland, Oregon. I did post your 6/23/06 column a few moments ago. I like your idea about adding some baseball to the blog now that the NBA is closed down for the summer. If anyone has any baseball stuff to add to it, let me know here and I will add the link to the blog. Thanks!
Speaking of Baseball, how 'bout my Detroit Tigers? Are they fo' shizzle or what?!

They better be fo' shizzle tonight, or I'm hunting down Jim Leyland.
As many of the readers to the Stockton Record now know the drillah's column is no more in the Record. The drillah's location is secret, for the time being as per respecting the wishes of the drillah's new employer.
In the drillah's former spot in the record are feeds mostly from L.A. based columnists.Eck.We can't have that here or on Admin.'s blog, so what to do?
The drillah has a solution.Post Lori Gilbert's once a week column "random thoughts on a tuesday".
She's a friend of Rhondda's & rhondda can provide the link. The Drillah has already suggested it.To kick this off, here's Lori's column from Tuesday:
Random thoughts on a tuesday morning:La Russo Unable to Complain:
Lori is the true local voice now for Stockton Record Sports. The Nostradrillah wishes to confer his legacy to her & looks froward to seeing Lori's links on the blog along with archives of the Drillah's summer columns.

I wish we coulda had a repeat of 1984. Instead it's the cards celebrating.
They deserve it though, they played better. All those errors killed the Tigers.

You're right about that.I was suprised by all those errors, only Rogers really came thru...
But the Tigers are young, & they have a good manager.of course La russo's a good manager, my dad loved him when he was with the athletics...
my mom hates him. But then, she's a giant's fan. She doesn't like the cards 'cuz' they've gotten to the big dance so often.
it was an interesting season, for sure.I like the idea of Lori's column for the blog..Or we could add jagdip Dhillon's article's, he's gonna be on the King's beat from a Stockton perspective..
The drillah wants to know, first of all, whose birght idea it was to have Tim McCarver's ramblings during the world series. Phooey!drillah almost lost his cookies in disgust multiple times. For you drilletes that also hated McCarver, this website's for you:
