Glad everyone in the country won't be rooting against us with Florida knocking off george mason. True LSU has a lot of size inside, but I like our matchup at the guard positions. It'll be a fun game; now let's watch some B-ball!

Hey Reg! that Farmar kid has bigger ears than even you!

Damn, what a blowout, that was dissappointin' for LSU. But I love that defense the Bruins were playin';that Ben Howland is a great coach with his defensive rotations.

Man, big baby can't keep up, he's laboring at this pace.Funny to see all that bruin offense when we all said they didn't have any. hey reggie, how come you haven't posted on my Ladies tournie thread? Hey Kenny, I'll check out after the game; even tho' I'm not Reggie. Good for the Bruins that their backcourt is playing so smart. I'm seeing a much smarter game from Jordan Farmar tonight than I saw in the Gonzaga game. ...and how about Mbah Moute's(sp?) quickness against big baby? Wonder if UCLA can keep up this pace.

They let up a little in the 2nd half but that was a little complacency creeping in.UCLA'S backcourt really was productive, & Farmar only a sophomore, pretty impressive; & a great coaching job by coach Rowlands.

Dissapointed it was a rout like that, I think all 'zags fans should be impressed with their team in retrospect; they handled UCLA'S defense much better than we saw tonight from LSU.

Now I'll check out your thread, Kenny.

And to think we were leading this UCLA team by 17 and were dominating them before we handed the game to them...gift wrapped and everything....

Yes, the 'Zags were dominating them; but my impression was that they hadn't really shown up, honestly.....(the Bruins, I mean!) until the last 3:00 or so of the game.

I think the 'Zags defense(despite commentators saying they didn't have any!LOL!!) surprised UCLA. I know I was surprised by how well Derek Ravio played in the first half.

It's too bad these 2 west coast power-houses couldn't have been placed in different brackets. I know I said this elsewhere, but I thought there was a "Rat in the Bracketology". UCLA vs. Gonzaga in the semi-final game would've been more interesting than the blowout we saw yesterday.

I totally agree with you. Both games yesterday were blowouts, a UCLA vs. Gonzaga semi-final matchup would have been great. UCLA absolutely spanked LSU. I felt sorry for LSU's Glenn "BIG-BABY" Davis. That kid was giving it all he had.
