With the 2015-16 NBA season winding down, tonight we got a chance to see Kobe and LeBron play against each other for the last time.
Kobe Bryant will retire at the end of this season. Kind of bitter sweet. As a Kings fan, I hated Kobe in the late 90's and early 2000's as he kept us from winning a title in Sacramento.
But now, I have no bad feelings about Kobe Bryant as he has had a great NBA career. It is fun to see the great fan fare he is getting as he plays in NBA Arenas all around the country for the last time.
LeBron and the Cavaliers beat Kobe and the Lakers by the score of 120-108. LeBron scored 24 points and Kobe had a nice game as he scored 26. The Cavs move to a record of 46-18 and with the loss, the Lakers are now 14-52.
Lakers' rookie D'Angelo Russell is starting to play really well and has put up some impressive numbers in the last couple of weeks. He had 24 points in this game tonight. Stay tuned on this young guy. Lakers' fans are getting excited about their future with D'Angelo Russell.
