Ron Artest of the Pacers received a HEAVY suspension (11-21-04) from NBA commissioner David Stern today. He will miss be suspended for the rest of the 2004-05 season (73 games)!!! for going into the stands and fighting with fans in Detroit on friday night (Nov 19, 2004) as the Pacers were playing the Pistons. Other Indiana players who received suspensions were Jermaine O'neal and Stephen Jackson, I think they got 30 to 35 game suspensions. I agree with David Stern on this one. Although the Pistons' fans are low class thugs....throwing beer and food on the players. Classless all the way around.
