Not too far in the past, this question would have been followed by several theroies to explain the Kings' current two or -- shudder -- three-game losing streak. In fact, the term "losing streak" was almost unthinkable in the land of politics and cowbells. The team, who featured such names as Chris Webber, Peja Stojakovic and Vlade Divac, used to collect wins like some collect comics or baseball cards. Back then they were a tough match up for anyone, piling up points and sending opponents slinking away, especially in the friendly confines of Arco Arena. That was the past, however, and this is the present. After starting slow last year, the Kings had a 20-9 record following the All-Star break. The emergence of Bonzi Wells as the player the Kings thought they were getting before the season started, accompanied by trading for Indiana problem child Ron Artest .....

Well"Trade Mike Bibby" you are expressing something I've heard a lot about lately...conventional wisdom is that mike might be "tanking it" to make himself less tradeable so that he can use his renewal contract option next year & stay in Sacramento.
I like J.Will....he has matured as a player. If petrie thinks this would be the way to go; I would be supportive. But I think the problem is both bigger & smaller than just one player. I'll elaborate on the "Gotta Love Your Sacramento Kings" thread...that seems appropriate.
